Project News | TLER Nantong Phase II Centralized Liquid Supply Purification System Successfully Completed author:TLER·特利尔 source:en.telier.cn Release time:2026-08-27 16:35:29
Recently, the second phase centralized liquid supply and purification system project of TLER Nantong has been successfully completed and put into use. The entire network of centralized liquid supply and closed-loop purification circulation system has been officially put into use, adding benchmark practice to the centralized purification transformation of cutting fluid in factories and helping manufacturing enterprises achieve multiple goals of cost reduction, quality improvement, and emission reduction.

In the machining production process, the quality of cutting fluid directly affects the workpiece processing yield and tool service life. The traditional single machine liquid supply mode generally has pain points such as cutting fluid deterioration, impurity accumulation, large waste liquid output, and high consumables consumption. Single machine equipment independently supplies liquid, with scattered control, making it difficult to continuously ensure the cleanliness of cutting fluid. This not only increases the cost of waste liquid treatment, but also easily causes workpiece burrs and fluctuations in machining accuracy, which restricts the overall production efficiency of the workshop.
The second phase project of TLER Nantong adopts an integrated solution of centralized liquid supply and closed-loop purification circulation in the entire pipeline network, which connects the layout of the workshop's entire pipeline network and realizes the unified supply and centralized purification circulation treatment of cutting fluid. The system continuously filters impurities and purifies the cutting fluid, stabilizes the cleanliness of the machining fluid, reduces the problem of cutting fluid odor and deterioration caused by bacterial growth, and extends the service life of the cutting fluid.

Through centralized purification renovation, the workshop effectively reduces the amount of waste liquid emissions, reduces the frequency of new liquid procurement and consumables replacement, compresses waste liquid disposal expenses, and achieves significant cost reduction effects. Clean and stable cutting fluid circulation supply improves machining conditions, reduces tool wear, enhances workpiece processing yield, and balances production efficiency and green environmental protection needs.

Nowadays, more and more manufacturing factories are carrying out centralized purification and upgrading of cutting fluids, bidding farewell to the old single machine mode. TLER specializes in providing centralized liquid supply and purification system solutions for machining, and can customize adaptation solutions for different workshop conditions, covering new factory supporting facilities and old workshop technological upgrades, helping enterprises solve cutting fluid management problems, and promoting high-quality green development of the manufacturing industry.
